Research evidence

provider.py compiles tools and plans a decision. decide.py calls synchronous or asynchronous system_one, validates the response and applies decision policy before tool execution.
One framework provider, with Python and TypeScript search hits belonging to the same project. Absent from baseline.
Free-form arguments may still require a caller or generative companion. No Composio connection, tool execution or external write was performed.
