Terms of service

TroveStep is operated by Olena Holub, an individual operating from Ireland. She is responsible for the service and its commercial operation. References to "we", "us" and the "TroveStep team" mean this operator and the people authorised to work on the service.

TroveStep provides software for researching products across AI markets, understanding competition and identifying growth actions. It includes market and product research, keyword and backlink evidence, and a bounded website diagnosis.

Public research pages and basic website diagnosis are available without payment, and a free account opens deeper rankings. MCP access and plugin integrations are Pro features. See Pricing for the plans and what each one includes.

Pro provides research data access, daily insight details, and MCP and plugin access. It does not include model inference, generation or usage credits.

MCP access and TroveStep plugin integrations are Pro features, delivered as access linked to your TroveStep account. Supported plugin integrations are confirmed as each one is released.

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Use another person's data only when you have authority and a lawful reason to do so.

Do not bypass access controls or usage limits, interfere with the service, submit malicious content, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful activity.

We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks or material breaches. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us. This does not remove any remedy or refund required by applicable law.

You may use the service and its research outputs for your own research and business decisions, subject to applicable law and the access available to you. TroveStep's software, original analysis and organisation of data are distinct from third-party source material.

Product names, trademarks, source content and third-party data remain subject to their owners' rights. We do not claim ownership of all material referenced by the service. Access does not grant an unrestricted right to resell, redistribute or bulk-export source data.

Full research access means the research data and depth made available within TroveStep. It does not mean complete coverage of the internet or every product, direct access to our database, internal raw tables, credentials, or another user's private data.

You retain rights in content you submit. You allow us and the service providers described in Privacy to process it as needed to provide the requested service. This permission does not give other users access to your account data.

Traffic and Domain Rank are third-party estimates, not measured analytics. Coverage and refresh dates vary. Missing, failed or unavailable observations do not prove that a product has no traffic, keywords, backlinks or other activity. See About the data and the evidence shown with each result.

Website diagnosis is based on a bounded website profile and market comparisons; it is not a complete crawl or a guarantee of technical SEO compliance. Check the supporting evidence before acting on any result.

We do not promise particular search rankings, AI citations, marketing outcomes, revenue or business success. The service supports decisions; you remain responsible for how you act on the information.

The monthly plan is billed US$19 each month and the annual plan US$199 once per year. Both renew automatically unless cancelled.

Pro is delivered as access linked to your TroveStep account, not as a downloadable file. The activation date and paid access period are confirmed with your order.

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes and the final amount payable are shown clearly before you agree to pay.

You can request cancellation at trovestep@gmail.com before your next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period unless a refund ends it earlier.

Your first purchase of either plan is eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 calendar days of purchase. This voluntary policy does not limit your statutory rights.

See Refunds for how to request a refund, including duplicate charges and non-delivery. The payment platform handling a purchase is identified before you pay, together with its role in that transaction.

We may maintain, improve or correct the service. Interruptions can occur, and data or tools may change as their availability changes. We will not use these terms to exclude statutory obligations to supply what a customer has paid for.

You may stop using the service or request account deletion through our contact email. Stopping use or deleting an account is not a substitute for requesting cancellation and resolving any open payment or refund.

Updates to these terms will carry a new date. Material changes affecting an existing paid agreement will be communicated and handled as required by applicable law; merely editing this page does not remove rights already acquired.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful. In particular, statutory remedies for services that are not supplied or do not meet the agreement remain available.

Irish law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections under the law applicable in their country of habitual residence. This does not require consumers to give up a court or complaint route available to them by law.
