Research evidence

src/metis_triage/_triage.py sends category Choice and missing-detail Noul questions to the native System One endpoint. Code applies configured confidence thresholds, rechecks changed issue text, and can label or comment on qualifying issues.
Distinct from the baseline cephalization/jev-triage repository. Similar purpose alone is not identity.
