Research evidence

wince/core/questions.py submits per-file auth, persistence, error-handling, compatibility and runtime Nouls, a blast-radius Score and optional riskiest-hunk Choice. scoring.py combines answers with deterministic path flags into a heuristic color and reviewer list; cli.py consumes this verdict for text, JSON and optional CI comments.

An independent review-routing CLI, not an implementation that finds or fixes specific bugs. Pi Warden cites it as an influence; it is not the same artifact.

Failed or excluded files prevent green through degraded state. The weighted review score is not a probability, and the README's private-MR study cannot be reproduced from this repository. Its reading order is explicitly experimental. No local diff, CI comment, installation or paid request was submitted.
