src/client.ts calls TypeSafeClient.systemOne on a cache miss. commands/hook.ts combines local checks with Jev hazard Nouls and a risk Score; commands/guard.ts maps text-hazard probabilities to pass/review/block. commands/exec.ts uses the tool judgment to decide whether to launch the requested process.
A multi-command CLI with related hooks and a GitHub action, counted as one application rather than separate tools for each command.
guard-exec defaults to allow on judge errors and therefore can run a command without a Jev assessment unless --on-error deny is selected. Hook allow means the host's normal permission flow, not automatic approval. No downloaded CLI, hook, skill or command was executed.
