src/jev/transport.ts calls the official SDK systemOne and returns explicit failure states. engine.ts sends applicable policy questions, revalidates the answers and combines per-rule probabilities into a decision.

The author explicitly credits pi-auto-permission-gate for deterministic patterns; the Jev transport, questions and threshold logic are substantive additions. Different from baseline model routers.
