Research evidence

app.py sends a Score question per ticket to the native endpoint, reads answers.urgency, normalizes the score and returns a sorted batch through /rerank.

Different from the baseline email-intent workflow and issue-triage tools: the decision is comparable urgency, not category assignment.

Failed upstream evaluations produce explicit error rows. Scores are model judgments, not validated SLA or safety decisions.
