src/lib/review.ts batches merge-risk Scores, review-depth/verdict Choices and design/security/blocker Nouls in TypeSafeClient.systemOne. The review API returns these answers, and verdict.ts maps the verdict, blocker probability and confidence to the display's risk tone.
A standalone review interface, not an autonomous reviewer that posts or blocks a real GitHub merge.
