Research evidence

src/pipeline.ts applies deterministic matching first and calls Jev.choose for unresolved prefecture, city and town candidates. src/jev.ts evaluates typed Choices using jev-latest and preserves a no-match option, probabilities and confidence.
No baseline match. A Japanese-language data-cleaning workflow, not a generic SDK wrapper.
Only supplied master-data candidates can be selected. Evaluation metrics and postal correctness were not independently reproduced.
